Installation Guide

How to install version 2025.01:

Disable antivirus.
Unzip the downloaded file.
Extract the file CST_S2_2025.CST_S2_2025.SIMULIA_CST_Studio_Suite.Windows64_Downloadly.ir.zip .
Run the setup.exe program to begin the software installation.
At the end of the installation step, uncheck the Configure licensing for CST Studio Suite 2025 option and click Finish .
Search for and run the CST Update Manager 2025 program in the Windows Start menu.
On the Home tab, click Import and select the CST_S2_2025_SP1.SPK_SIMULIA_CST_Studio_Suite.Windows64_Downloadly.ir.zip file (no need to extract the file)
On the Home tab, select SP1 and click Install.
In the Start menu, search for and run the phrase Services, find CST License Manager , and stop it if it is in the Start state.
Copy the CST Studio Suite 2025 folder in the Crack folder to C:\Program Files (x86) .
In the Start menu, search for the CST License Manager program, right-click on its icon, and select Run as administrator.
Click on the Local Machine button and then Start Service . Click ok and exit the window.
Run the CST Studio Suite 2025 program and select Pointing to an existing Flexnet-based CST Studio Suite license server system .
In the Server field, enter localhost and in the Port field, enter 27000 and click OK.

If you have problems installing versions 2020, 2021, and 2022 (requesting the next disk or not finding the installation file), extract the ISO file with WinRAR or UltraISO and then install it.

Notes about the 2022 version:

If you have installed and cracked this version without the SP4 update, it will not be possible to install the update! To install the update, first completely delete the software and then proceed to install without the crack, install the update and then crack.

2021 version:

Extract the ISO file with WinRAR or UltraISO and then install the software; at the end of the installation, uncheck CST License Manager. To install the update, run CST Studio Suite 2021 > CST Update Manager 2021 from the Start menu, import the update file from the Home > import tab, select the SP1 in the middle of the page and click Install. Run Services from the Start menu and make sure that the CST License Manager service is not running. Replace the CST Studio Suite 2021 folder in the crack folder with the original folder (default: C:\Program Files (x86)\CST Studio Suite 2021) and restart the system.

Then copy the SIMULIA CST License Server folder in the crack folder to the root of the C drive and run the file C:\SIMULIA CST License Server\server_install.bat in admin mode. Now run the software and in the license window, select the Pointing to an existing Flexnet-based CST Studio Suite license server system option and enter localhost and 27077 for the server and port values, respectively. Then click ok in the license window. The software is now ready to use.

SIMULIA OperaFEM 2021 SP1 installation instructions are also included in the corresponding Readme file.

Note: Every time Windows starts, the CST License Server service must be running before running the software. In some situations, this service does not run automatically after Windows starts, and therefore the software will encounter the error The desired vendor daemon is down. In this case, you must run the files C:\SIMULIA CST License Server\server_remove.bat and C:\SIMULIA CST License Server\server_install.bat in Admin mode, restart the system, and make sure that the CST License Server service is running before running the software.

Other versions:

First, mount the program image via a virtual drive using software such as DAEMON Tools , UltraISO , or PowerISO . Install the program, and then import and install the latest service pack using the CST Update Manager tool available in the Start menu.

Run the license file in the Crack folder with Notepad and enter your computer name in the first line instead of the specified phrase and save the file.

Run CST License Manager from the Start menu and click Stop Service. Then copy the executable Patch file in the Crack folder to the program installation location and run it with Run as administrator and wait for the Patch operation to complete and the window to close; except for an error message related to the Patch file, the crack process should be completed without errors and the patched message should be displayed for the rest of the files.

Now run CST License Manager from the Start menu and click on Start Service. Finally, run the program and select the Import a CST license option and import the license file and click OK.

If you receive an error message stating that there was a problem importing the file, copy and paste it elsewhere, and if you receive a port in use error, change the port number to 27001.

Also, if you enter the license installation location in CST License Manager, you can select the Point to an exiting CST license server system option after running the program and enter the phrase localhost or your computer name and confirm.

Program installation and activation dates:

The 2017 version with the latest service pack was installed and successfully activated on Windows 10 64-bit on December 15, 2017.
The 2018 version was installed and successfully activated on Windows 10 64-bit on February 1, 2017. The license expired on December 1, 2018, but according to some users in the comments, manually changing the date of the license file solves the problem.
Version 2019.01 was installed and successfully activated on Windows 10 64-bit on December 18, 1997.
Version 2021 SP1 was installed and successfully activated on Windows 11 64-bit edition on February 16, 1400, and on Windows 10 64-bit edition on November 12, 1400.
Version 2022.04, with and without SP4 update, was installed and successfully activated on Windows 10 64-bit edition on June 19, 2020.
Version 2024.01 was installed and successfully activated on Windows 10 64-bit edition on July 2, 1403.
Version 2025.01 was installed and successfully activated on Windows 10 64-bit edition on February 29, 2020.
