Whether your company is paying by credit card or directly out of a bank account, the vast majority of its eBay transactions are conducted through PayPal's payment interface. If an eBay seller doesn't claim the money you've sent him, you can cancel the payment through PayPal. The site has a cancellation feature accessible through the history section of your PayPal account. Keep in mind that PayPal automatically cancels unclaimed payments after 30 days.
Navigate to the PayPal website and log in using the username and password associated with your eBay account.
Click "History" to view a history of all of your account transactions.
Click "Cancel" under the Order Status/Actions heading.
Click the "Cancel Payment" link located next to the unclaimed payment.
